When shopping with Responseability the buyer is entitled to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after the day the buyer;
- a) obtains actual possession of the product, b) obtains actual possession of the final product when it is an agreement about multiple products ordered as one order and delivered individually.
If the right of withdrawal lapses on a holiday, Saturday, 5 June, 24 or 31 December, the right of withdrawal will lapse on the following working day.
Prior to the expiry of the 14-day deadline the buyer must notify Responseability of the wish to cancel the purchase. The notice can be given by completing the standard cancellation form enclosed to the delivery. The notice must be given in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending a letter to the address mentioned above in “General Information”. In the buyer’s notice the buyer must clearly inform Responseability that the buyer wishes to exercise his or her right of withdrawal. The buyer cannot cancel the order simply by refusing receipt of the product without at the same time clearly notifying Responseability that the buyer wishes to exercise his or her right of withdrawal.
The buyer must return the order to Responseability without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the buyer has received the goods. The buyer has to notify Responseability about the return to email@example.com. The buyer shall pay the direct costs incidental to the return of the purchase. When returning the purchase, the buyer is liable for the secure packaging of the product and that all parts of the parcel are returned together. The buyer is liable for the product from the time when the product is delivered to the buyer.
5.1 The condition of the product when the buyer returns it
The buyer is liable for any deterioration in the product’s value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics and method of functioning. In other words - the buyer may try on the product in the same manner as if the buyer tried it on in a physical shop. If the product has been tried on in addition to the above, Responseability will consider it used, which means that if the buyer cancels the purchase, the buyer will only receive a refund in part or no refund depending on the trade value of the product. In order to receive a full refund, the buyer must do the same as you can do in a physical shop. You may try on the product but not begin to use it.
The buyer is liable for any damages that might occur during shipping to Responseability, when they wish to return the goods.
5.2 Repayment of the purchase price
If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase, the buyer will receive a refund of the amount the buyer has paid to Responseability. In case of a loss of value for which the buyer is liable, such loss will be deducted from the purchase price. If the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, Responseability will repay all payments received from the buyer, including costs of delivery (but not additional costs due to the buyer’s own choice of another type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by Responseability) without undue delay and in any circumstance no later than 14 days after the date on which Responseability received the returned goods. Responseability will make such a repayment using the same means of payment that the buyer used in the original transaction unless the buyer has expressly agreed to something else. Responseability can withhold the repayment until Responseability has received the product unless the buyer has documented the return in advance.
If the buyer cancels the purchase, the product is to be sent to:
