Can I return my order?
Yes, you can! The item needs to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. When returning an item please notify us beforehand at email@example.com, otherwise it will not count as a returned item. Returned items should be sent to our HQ in Denmark. The address is ResponSEAbility, Virkeholm 3B, 2730 Herlev, Denmark. For security reasons, please keep the receipt when you drop off the package at your local post office. Also, take a picture of how you packed it, again for security reasons.
ResponSEAbility is not liable for the costs that are associated with returns. We recommend that you select a shipping method that you can trace and insure. ResponSEAbility is not responsible for shipping fees or fees that might occur with imports associated with the return.
In order to receive a full refund, please send the item(s) in the original packaging including all the items that you received along with the goods. The sunglasses will not be refunded if they have been used. You are of course allowed to try them on to see if they fit, but we expect to receive them in the same condition as we sent them. You cannot return goods if they are damaged due to reasons for which you are responsible. If you received damaged items, please contact us before returning them and as soon as possible after receiving the package.
If the returned goods do not fulfil our criteria or if they have been taken into use, we have the right to refuse the refund or only refund parts of the total amount. You can read our full terms & conditions here.
Can I return parts of my order?
Yes, if you only wish to return some of the items you can simply keep the rest. The items you wish to return need to be packed the same way as you received them including all items. If you received goods separately, the 30 days count from when the specific product was delivered.
When will I receive my refund?
When returning an order, you will receive a refund when we have received the goods at our HQ in Denmark. You will only receive a full refund if the goods are in the same condition as when you received them and if they are packed the same way. When we have received the package and everything is approved, you should receive the refund within 14 business days depending on your payment method.
If for some reason, the goods have been damaged before delivery please contact us before returning them.
Am I allowed to try the sunglasses and then return them?
You may try on the sunglasses as if you were in a physical store, however, you are not allowed to start using them. In order to return them, they need to appear as new when we receive them. If we find them used/worn, you may only receive a partial refund or we might refuse the refund.
Damage under transportation
When returning the goods you are responsible for any damages that might occur during transportation from you to ResponSEAbility HQ.
Am I able to cancel my order?
You are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending a letter to our HQ. You must inform us in writing that you wish to cancel your order. You can read our full terms and conditions here.
Can I swap the sunglasses I ordered to another model/color?
If you have received your order and you are not satisfied and would like to change them for another model or colour, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and the reason why you want to change model/colour. Then we might be able to figure something out. If you want to change the model/colour, this needs to be done within 30 days of delivery and the sunglasses must be in the same condition as you received them.
