Where do we ship to?

Almost any country actually! We ship both inside and outside of Europe. In doubt? Write us an email or DM us on Instagram.

All our international orders go through customs and duty tariffs might be applied depending on the country. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order or shipping costs. ResponSEAbility is not responsible for any fee there might be associated with import. All fees must be paid by the recipient.

Delivery of your package

We want to sea you in your shades as soon as possible, just as much as you do! Which is why we ship your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be transferred to our shipping company (Asendia for international orders and GLS for Danish orders) who will take great care of it. However, delays may occur.

The delivery time varies a lot depending on the end destination and these numbers are only an estimation and cannot be held accountable. Please take into consideration that customs controls may delay the process and have not been taken into account here.

For Danish orders:

Delivery to the nearest pickup point: 1-2 days.

For international orders:

Mailbox delivery: 2-20 business days depending on the end destination. Please note! Due to Covid-19, shipping companies tend to predict a longer delivery time due to higher demand. You can, therefore, add 5 extra business days, in some situations more. This depends on the destination.

Personal delivery: 3-20 business days depending on the end destination. Please note! Due to Covid-19 shipping companies tend to see a longer delivery time, due to the higher demand. You can, therefore, expect 5 extra business days, in some situations more. This depends on the destination.

ResponSEAbility is not responsible for any packages that might be affected by customs, transfers from Asendia/GLS to the local carrier, air and ground transportation strikes/delays and natural occurrences.

Types of delivery & shipping time

This depends on whether it is an international or domestic order (within Denmark).

For Danish orders:

Pick up point: Your package will be delivered to your nearest pickup point. You will be notified when the package is ready to be picked up.

For international orders you have two options:

Mailbox delivery: Your package will be delivered to your mailbox, if it does not fit it will be delivered to you directly or someone living in the same household. If no one is home, it will be delivered to the nearest post office or pick up point. You will be notified about this.

Personal delivery: The package will be delivered directly to you or someone in your household and will only be handed over when signed for. If no one is home, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office or pick up point. You will be notified about this.

Shipping rates

For Danish orders, the shipping rate is DKK 29.

For orders within Europe, the shipping rate is DKK 39 equal to EUR 5.2.

For orders to the rest of the world, the shipping rate is DKK 59 equal to USD 9.

How do I know if I will be charged a fee?

We cannot promise anything, so we recommend that you check your country’s customs and duty fees. All international orders are set to go through customs, but whether you will be charged or not is not something we can inform you about.

The duties and fees that might be applied to your order will be determined by customs when the package has arrived and be based on its value. ResponSEAbility is not responsible for any fee that might occur and the recipient must pay the fees. You can read our full terms & conditions here.

What about VAT/taxes?

Unfortunately, we can only offer our Danish customers VAT added at checkout. This means that international orders will have VAT added upon delivery and will go through customs. The VAT rate has been set by the country. Before placing an order, you can always check your country’s current rate. To help you, we have found some of the VAT limits. We do not take responsibility for the correctness of this information and it may have changed. ResponSEAbility is not liable for the VAT fee that might be charged on the package - the recipient must pay the fee.

  • Australia - Has a VAT limit on AUD 1,000
  • Norway - Has no VAT limit
  • Sweden - Has no VAT limit, but an administration fee will be required.
  • UK - Has a VAT limit on GBP 15
  • USA - Has a VAT limit on USD 800

FAQ about shipping

My order hasn't been delivered yet

We’re glad to hear that you are excited about receiving your order - so are we! Delivery times vary a lot depending on the country we are shipping to. Orders within Denmark usually take 1-2 business days, while international orders can take up to 20 business days.

Please bear in mind that customs processing may delay the delivery of international orders. If you have any questions regarding your package, please contact the current holder of your package for a status update. How do I track my order?

Yay, your order is on its way! You should have received an email with tracking information and a link to see where your package is now.

For international orders, go to https://tracking.asendia.com/ and enter your tracking code to see where your package is.

For Danish orders, go to https://gls-group.eu/DK/da/find-pakke and enter your tracking code to see where your package is.

My order is not updating in the tracking system

We’re sorry to hear that your order isn’t updating and that it hasn’t been delivered yet. Even though the system might not be updating, the package is still on its way to you.

For international packages, please remember that the delivery time may be longer and that customs can delay the process. Also, holidays and weekends are not included in the estimated delivery time. We’re sorry for the delay, but please be patient!

My order is my country but I have not received it yet

We know that the wait can be long and hard, but please be a bit more patient! You will hopefully soon be able to wear your new shades. Remember that international orders can take up to 20 business days.
